Capability Snapshot is used by all types and sizes of organisations in the private, public and voluntary sectors - from PLC's to sole traders to Local Authorities and Government Departments to charities. The flexibility of our approach allows each Snapshot to be tailored to your specific needs and individually customised to provide your desired insight and focus.

How much does it cost?

The cost is largely determined by the number of participants involved in the exercise. Thus our service is equally as attractive for SME's as for larger organisations. Companies who have less than 250 Employees may also qualify for grant support of up to 50% of the cost. In any event, the benefits accrued by undertaking the exercise will far outweigh the cost, and place the company on the road to achieving Higher Performance. It costs from as little as £500 +VAT

Can I use only part of the Capability Snapshot?

Although the Capability Snapshot gains power from its 360 degree approach, sections of the Capability Snapshot can be used individually to achieve your aims. You may wish to conduct an in depth Customer Survey with Competitor Analysis, or only the Staff and Management evaluation. Capability Snapshot's flexibility also allows the evaluation of particular groups for focused Strategic Planning Workshops.

How do you gather Competitor Analysis?

We gain the objective confidential views of customers on your behalf, views which would be unlikely to be revealed direct to you. Whilst finding out how each of your customers actually sees your Strengths and Weaknesses and learning about new opportunities for business, we ask them to identify and then rate your competition on a like for like basis. The results can reveal compelling information that can be leveraged both holistically and with individual customers to build and maintain competitive advantage.
